Program Pricing
12-Week Leadership Development Program Live Interactive 2 hours per week
Individual Enrollment
$3,250 per participant
Ideal for professionals enrolling independently or using employer tuition benefits.
Corporate Group Enrollment (up to 20 participants per cohort)
$18,500 flat rate
Designed for healthcare and other industry organizations enrolling a full leadership cohort. Participants who complete the full 12-week live interactive program will receive a Certificate of Completion from Vital Path Leadership Institute. This certificate can be used for professional development documentation, leadership progression, or internal training requirements. You choose your training start date/day of the week and time based on availability.
Large Private Cohorts (21–40+ participants)
Custom pricing
Tailored to the size, structure, and needs of your organization, including optional customization of content.
On-site Training: 1-3 Days of Instruction. Topic of your choice. Staff immersive & interactive. 1-3 full day options available. Send request for quote.
Executive Add-On Coaching Package (Optional)
$2,500 per leader, no limit per number of leaders
Includes 1:1 coaching, professional assessments, and a personalized leadership performance plan. 6 week program, a 1-hour session per week after week 1 of 90 minute intake.

Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
Corporate Check
Payable to: VitalPath Healthcare Leadership Institute
Mailing address and remittance details are provided on your invoice.
ACH / Bank Transfer
ACH instructions are included on all corporate invoices.
Preferred for hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
Credit / Debit Card
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Employer Tuition / Training Benefit
We support payments made through employer-sponsored tuition or professional development programs.
Invoices can be submitted by participants or directly by HR/education departments.
Purchase Orders (POs)
POs are accepted for hospitals, clinics, FQHCs, and healthcare organizations.
PO details can be included on the invoice upon request.
Full payment is due upon invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in a corporate contract.
Standard invoice terms are Net 15.
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and processed.
Private Corporate Cohorts (20+ participants):
A 50% deposit is required to reserve program dates.
The remaining 50% is due before Week 3 of the program.
If your organization has specific AP or procurement requirements, we are happy to align with your internal process where possible.
