Soledad Adelina Goodson is a former healthcare executive and leadership strategist with extensive experience leading multi-site organizations, community health centers, and complex, people-driven operations.
Over her career, she has led teams across revenue cycle, ambulatory services, hospital-based programs, and high-accountability environments — developing leaders who must perform under pressure while supporting diverse teams.
After years of watching talented professionals get promoted into leadership roles without the training and support they deserved, she created VitalPath to bridge that gap — first in healthcare, and now for leaders across industries facing similar challenges.
