Adelina Goodson is a healthcare executive, former clinician, and leadership strategist with extensive experience leading multi-site healthcare organizations, community health centers, and clinical operations. Over her career, she has led teams across revenue cycle, ambulatory services, hospital-based programs, and complex care environments.
After years of watching talented nurses, managers, and clinicians get promoted into leadership roles without the training and support they deserved, she created VitalPath to bridge that gap.
