Is the program virtual or in person?
The program is fully virtual to allow participation across all U.S. regions.
Optional in-person sessions may be added for corporate cohorts.
How long is the program?
The program runs for 12 weeks with weekly live virtual sessions via Zoom (2 hour sessions) and structured coursework.
What makes this program different from generic leadership courses?
VitalPath is healthcare-specific, meaning all leadership skills are taught using real-world clinical and administrative scenarios, patient-centered communication strategies, and healthcare team dynamics.
When does the next cohort begin?
Cohort start dates are entirely up to the enrolling organization. You may request your start date and can choose and weekday/time based upon availability.
Can an entire department or team enroll together?
Yes. Corporate group enrollment is available for teams up to 20.
Larger cohorts (21-40+) may request custom pricing and private scheduling.
Can individuals enroll without an employer?
Yes. Individuals may self-enroll and pay directly.
Can I join the program if I work night shift or rotating shifts?
Yes. Live sessions are recorded and available for replay. Most participants complete the program successfully with shift work schedules.
How much time does the weekly workload require?
Expect 2 hours per week for the live session plus optional worksheets, reflection assignments, or reading materials.
Do you accept employer tuition or training benefits?
Yes. We accept employer-funded education/training benefits. Invoices can be submitted through HR, professional development or workforce development departments.
Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Yes. We accept POs from hospitals, clinics, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations.
How can I pay?
Accepted payment methods include:
Corporate check
ACH bank transfer
Credit/Debit Cards
Employer tuition reimbursement funds
Purchase orders (corporate groups)
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. Individuals and small organizations pay upon invoice before training begins. Corporate groups may request Net 15 terms. Large corporate cohorts may use a 50% deposit to reserve dates.

Yes. Private cohorts are available for organizations that want a dedicated program for their staff only.
Can you run an in-person leadership retreat or on-site training?
Yes. Organizations may request on-site or retreat-style leadership programs. Please request quote.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds follow this policy:
30 + days before start: Full refund
Less than 30 days: 25% refund
Once cohort begins: No refunds.
Can I switch cohorts?
Participants may request to be moved to another cohorts if space is available.
